
To participate, you must complete and submit the Summer Conditioning Forms available here.

Typically starts the first week of summer; Players report to the Forest Hill weight room; bring running shoes.
Typically begins in late July; Helmets (Days 1-2); Helmets/Shoulder Pads (Days 3-5); Helmets/Full Pads (Days 6+); bring both cleats and running shoes.
Typically starts in mid-April and concludes with a spring game in mid-May.
