Forest Hill High School Athletic Eligibility Requirements

Students interested in athletics must complete the athletic eligibility packet prior to participating. All documents and information must be completed correctly and uploaded to Aktivate. If you do not have access to a computer/scanner, you may turn in packet to your coach. All paperwork, fees and courses must be completed two weeks prior to tryouts.
